All advert placements with The Silicon Media are liable to editorial scrutiny and will need to adhere to our publishing guidelines, ethics, and brand fit. We have the right to decline or withdraw any advert that we consider to be misleading, unsuitable, or contrary to our values. Advertisers accept full responsibility for ensuring that all advert material, such as claims, logos, and imagery, is true, legal, and copyright-free. 

All reservations are non-refundable and final upon confirmation. Payment conditions will be well stated in the advertising contract and must be respected according to the agreed timeframe. Delays in payments can attract extra fees or withholding of subsequent advertising space. The Silicon Media is not responsible for minor mistakes in published advertisements but will exercise reasonable efforts to correct material errors in following editions upon timely notification.
